Information you give us

When you submit a service request, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you select, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address and a short message. We also record whether you ticked the optional box allowing text messages about your request.

Information collected automatically with a request

To prevent spam and abuse, we store a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address and browser type with each submission. We also record the page you submitted from. If advertising measurement is active and permitted (see below), we store campaign details from the link you arrived on, such as UTM parameters and Google click identifiers (gclid, wbraid, gbraid).

How we use it

• To contact you about your service request and arrange a visit.
• If you opted in, to send text messages about that request.
• To understand which pages and ads lead to requests, using campaign details only — never your name, phone, email, ZIP or message.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in a secured database operated by our hosting provider. Records are not publicly accessible and are available only to authorized staff.

Measurement and advertising cookies

This site currently does not load analytics or advertising tags and sets no tracking cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated and you'll be able to manage your choices here.

The site stores a small amount of information in your browser's session storage to complete a request (for example, confirming your submission). This is not used for tracking.

Retention

We keep service request records for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop text messages, by calling (305) 433-7627. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
